If your order falls into any of the following categories, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item:

Damage to the delivered products (e.g., broken or chipped mugs).

Errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products.

Significant lack of quality in the printed design.
How to Report an Issue Simply reach out to our support team with a clear photograph of the damaged or defective product and your order number. Once our quality assurance team validates the claim, we will happily arrange a complimentary replacement for you as quickly as possible. We’d much rather fix the problem and ensure you are happy! (Note: If a replacement isn't feasible or you cannot wait for a new order, please let us know, and we will issue a full refund.)
A Note on Color Consistency We use industry-leading print machines and processes. However, printing on ceramics is a chemical process, and 100% color consistency cannot always be achieved. Minor color variations may occur due to machine settings, humidity, and the ceramic material itself. These slight variations are a normal part of the custom printing process, lie within acceptable tolerance levels, and are not covered under our quality guarantee.
