At Mugs Marvels, every mug is printed and custom-made specifically for you as soon as you place an order. Because our items are made-to-order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
Returns & Exchanges Because all our products are personalized and printed specifically for your order, we do not hold inventory. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds for buyer’s remorse or change of mind. Please double-check your chosen designs and order details in your cart before completing your purchase.
Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages We want to make sure your mug reaches you safely. Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout.

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the package will be returned and disposed of. If you want a new order shipped to an updated address, you will be liable for the full costs of the new order.

Unclaimed Packages: If a shipment goes unclaimed at your local post office or carrier pick-up point and is returned, please contact us. We can arrange a new order for you, but you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to have it sent out again.

Rejected by Recipient: If a shipment is rejected during delivery, you will be liable for the costs of submitting a new order.
Lost in Transit If your tracking link indicates that your order has been lost in the mail, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and gladly send a replacement order on your behalf at no extra cost.
